Build stage / 04

Build with
controlled discipline.

Build is where the engineered route becomes a physical machine. Manufacturing, assembly, electrical wiring and shop-floor inspection are managed as one controlled production process.

Shop-floor execution

Engineering intent becomes physical equipment.

The Build stage is not only fabrication. It is controlled execution: materials, machining, purchased components, assembly teams and quality records move together toward a machine ready for verification.

01

Built from an approved route.

The system configuration, control direction and interface checklist from Engineer become the basis for manufacturing.

02

Checked before final testing.

Each build step prepares the machine for Verify, reducing rework before functional and acceptance testing.

03

Documented for delivery.

Assembly records, component lists and inspection notes support future service and spare-parts response.

01 / Prepare

Production release

Confirm drawings, BOM, purchased parts, production schedule and internal build responsibility.

02 / Fabricate

Frame & parts

Machine frames, support structures, machined components and fabricated sections are produced or prepared.

03 / Assemble

Mechanical build

Install stations, rollers, drives, conveyors, guards, adjustment points and service access structures.

04 / Wire

Electrical build

Install control cabinet, wiring, sensors, motors, safety circuits and operator interface components.

Build quality gates

Quality is checked while the machine is being built.

Inspection is embedded through the build process, not saved for the end. Each gate protects the next stage from avoidable rework.

01

Incoming check

Purchased parts, motors, electrical components and key materials are checked before assembly.

02

Fabrication review

Core frames, structural parts and machining quality are confirmed before installation.

03

Assembly alignment

Mechanical alignment, station position, drive connection and access clearance are inspected.

04

Electrical check

Wiring, cabinet layout, sensor connection and safety circuits are reviewed before power-up.

05

Ready for verify

The assembled machine is prepared for functional testing, trial running and acceptance review.

Workshop evidence

Real build records make the process visible.

For the final website, this section can use real workshop photos from each project: frame production, assembly details, wiring, functional testing and finished machine packaging.
