The Build stage is not only fabrication. It is controlled execution: materials, machining, purchased components, assembly teams and quality records move together toward a machine ready for verification.

Confirm drawings, BOM, purchased parts, production schedule and internal build responsibility.
Machine frames, support structures, machined components and fabricated sections are produced or prepared.
Install stations, rollers, drives, conveyors, guards, adjustment points and service access structures.

Build quality gates
Inspection is embedded through the build process, not saved for the end. Each gate protects the next stage from avoidable rework.
Purchased parts, motors, electrical components and key materials are checked before assembly.
