PUR HOT GLUE PROFILE WRAPPING
A PUR hot glue coating and profile wrapping machine for decorative film application on PVC, aluminum, fiberglass, solid wood and wood-plastic composite profiles. The system supports profile preheating, controlled glue scraping, adjustable feeding speed and stable PUR hot-melt coating for continuous profile finishing.

It is suitable for PVC profiles, aluminum door and window profiles, fiberglass profiles, solid wood mouldings, extruded profiles and wood-plastic composite profiles. Typical applications include door frames, window profiles, decorative trims, WPC door casings and other shaped profiles.
The machine uses PUR reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive. This adhesive type is commonly used for decorative profile wrapping where stable bonding, controlled coating and surface finishing quality are required.
Yes. Optional modules can include brush dust removal, automatic coating, fluorescent inspection and protective film application. The final configuration should be selected according to the profile material, decorative film, adhesive process and output target.
Please provide profile drawings, profile material, decorative film type, required wrapping width, target production speed, adhesive requirements, voltage and available workshop layout. Samples are also helpful for confirming roller and coating configuration.
Yes. The machine supports adjustable feeding speed from 20 to 50 m/min and is designed for continuous profile wrapping. PLC touch-screen control and adjustable glue coating help operators maintain stable production conditions.
