The system can integrate automatic panel feeding, board cutting, finished-board stacking, edge-trim conveying, waste crushing and bagging into one continuous production process.
Single-panel and multi-panel cutting configurations are available for different capacity and cutting requirements. The system integrates automatic feeding, cutting, stacking and edge-trim handling under PLC control. Actual output depends on board dimensions, thickness, cutting layout and final line configuration.
Construction machinery pages need to explain the line configuration, automation logic, material route and output target before the buyer selects a machine or a full production system.
PLC-based coordination keeps feeding, forming, cutting, demoulding and transfer stages connected.
02 / Modules →Each section can be configured around board type, capacity target, floor plan and process route.
03 / Output →The layout is planned to reduce manual handling, keep material flow consistent and protect board quality.
04 / Support →Power standard, workshop space, installation conditions and commissioning support can be reviewed early.
These benefit cards can stay fixed across Construction Machinery product pages, while the hero, technical data and FAQ remain product-specific.
Linked machine sections reduce manual intervention and keep production steps synchronized.
02 / Capacity →Equipment can be configured for shift capacity, board size, plant space and downstream handling.
03 / Quality →Stable transfer, forming, cutting and stacking reduce surface damage and dimensional variation.
04 / Safety →Automated loading, transfer and stacking help lower labor intensity and improve workshop safety.
The system can integrate automatic panel feeding, board cutting, finished-board stacking, edge-trim conveying, waste crushing and bagging into one continuous production process.
L-type, single-panel and multi-panel cutting machines are available. The appropriate configuration depends on the board dimensions, thickness, cutting layout and required production capacity.
When processing 5 mm glass magnesium boards, the single-panel cutting machine can reach up to 600 sheets per hour, while the multi-panel cutting machine can reach up to 500 sheets per hour. Actual output depends on the project configuration.
Yes. The cutting system can communicate with upstream forming or finishing equipment and downstream handling or packaging equipment. An optional Ethernet interface and supervisory control computer can support centralized line control.
Please provide the board material, maximum panel dimensions, thickness range, finished cutting sizes, cutting layout, required hourly capacity, stacking method, factory layout and power supply. Installation and commissioning requirements should also be confirmed.
For accurate configuration, share your target product, capacity, board size, local power standard and available workshop space.
