Single-panel and multi-panel cutting configurations are available for different capacity and cutting requirements. The system integrates automatic feeding, cutting, stacking and edge-trim handling under PLC control. Actual output depends on board dimensions, thickness, cutting layout and final line configuration.

Before choosing this construction system.

The system can integrate automatic panel feeding, board cutting, finished-board stacking, edge-trim conveying, waste crushing and bagging into one continuous production process.

L-type, single-panel and multi-panel cutting machines are available. The appropriate configuration depends on the board dimensions, thickness, cutting layout and required production capacity.

When processing 5 mm glass magnesium boards, the single-panel cutting machine can reach up to 600 sheets per hour, while the multi-panel cutting machine can reach up to 500 sheets per hour. Actual output depends on the project configuration.

Yes. The cutting system can communicate with upstream forming or finishing equipment and downstream handling or packaging equipment. An optional Ethernet interface and supervisory control computer can support centralized line control.

Please provide the board material, maximum panel dimensions, thickness range, finished cutting sizes, cutting layout, required hourly capacity, stacking method, factory layout and power supply. Installation and commissioning requirements should also be confirmed.
