Complete production route / 01–04
A connected four-stage production route covering raw-material preparation, board forming, demoulding and final cutting for fireproof boards, fiber cement boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards and other cement-based construction panels.
Metered feeding and uniform mixing support controlled formulations and stable material supply to the forming section.
Controlled forming distributes the prepared material and builds a consistent board structure for repeatable production.
Controlled separation and transfer protect the board surface while reducing manual handling between process stages.
Automated sizing and edge trimming produce the required finished-board dimensions with coordinated extraction and transfer.
Downstream processing / 01–02

Calibrates board thickness and improves surface consistency, creating a controlled substrate for downstream coating, bonding or lamination.

Applies compatible decorative films, paper, veneer or other facing materials with controlled adhesive, pressure and line speed for consistent finished panels.
