The system is engineered in connected layers.

The same machinery can behave very differently depending on layout, automation level, material behavior and service access. We define these layers before the Build stage begins.

Thickness, surface, stability, feeding tolerance and process sensitivity.

Frame size, station distance, access doors, working width and mechanical adjustment.

Loading, transfer, processing speed, buffering and unloading logic.
