PUR HOT GLUE PROFILE WRAPPING
Profile wrapping equipment for decorative surface finishing with stable feeding, controlled adhesive transfer and repeatable output quality.
Materials & applications
Door, window, skirting and furniture profiles requiring stable film alignment.
Interior trims and furniture components with cold-glue surface wrapping.
Surface finish applications requiring continuous profile support and pressure.
Configured around customer samples, width, profile shape and finished output.
Production route
Profile enters the line through a stable guide and support route.
Cold glue is transferred by roller to the required bonding surface.
Decorative material is guided into the correct wrapping position.
The material forms around the profile geometry under controlled pressure.
Finished profiles leave the machine ready for inspection and handling.
Configuration focus
The final configuration should be defined after reviewing profile samples, decorative material, glue requirements and planned output.
Stable cold-glue transfer for decorative profile wrapping applications.
Guides and support points are configured around the profile shape.
Model 1300 positioning for larger or wider decorative profile programs.
Voltage, controls and optional modules can be matched to the destination.
Product FAQ
It is mainly used for PUR hot-melt decorative wrapping and lamination of wall panels, MDF, solid wood profiles, composite boards, cabinet parts, door panels and furniture components.
Depending on the product structure and process requirements, it can work with PVC film, decorative paper, veneer, melamine paper and other compatible surface materials used in profile or panel finishing.
The electronic gear-pump glue supply system can adjust glue output according to wrapping speed. This helps maintain more consistent coating, reduce excess adhesive and improve production cost control.
Yes. Infrared automatic correction, magnetic powder braking and air-expanding shaft control help manage film tension and positioning, reducing deviation during continuous wrapping.
Please provide workpiece drawings, material type, maximum width and thickness, surface film or paper type, target speed, voltage requirement and workshop layout. Samples are recommended when the profile shape or surface material is special.
Share the profile sample, decorative material, glue plan and target output. MGO can recommend the correct machine configuration and next engineering step.
